If you have ever been to Korea or Japan and you have tasted Salt Bread. It’s literally the best thing ever. Better than a croissant and best eaten plain. Salt bread (sogeum-ppang in Korea) is a buttery pastry, hollow center and a shatteringly crisp, “butter-fried” bottom, topped with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.






It is so addictive that there are lots of bakeries specialised in just that one bread.
